High School Transportation Opt-In Form

Fairmont HS Parent/Guardian:

Many of our Fairmont Junior and Senior Students choose not to ride a school bus to and from school each day. However, the Transportation Department reserves a seat on the bus for these students who are eligible for bus transportation "just in case" they choose to ride.

In an effort to be more efficient with our high school transportation services, we give the parents/guardians of Fairmont Juniors and Seniors the choice to complete a Transportation Opt-In Form each school year if your Junior/Senior will be riding the bus to and from school each day.

To opt your child(ren) in to ride the bus to Fairmont High School, please read and complete this Transportation Opt-In Form for the 2025-2026 School Year.
